It’s generally made of aluminum alloy 6061, 6063, 7075 etc. The outer diameter can be 500mm max or custom made to customer requirements or drawings. As they are made from high precision process, the tolerance can be as precisely as ±0.02 mm which can be used in extreme environments with strict requirements.
